Regarding Endgame (here be spoilers): Gamora has effectively been rebooted and lacks her character development from GOTG, GOTG 2 and Infinity War. She does not love Quill as she once did, that relationship does not exist from her perspective. She does, however, have familial feelings and love for Nebula. She is at least still the Gamora that wanted to get away from Thanos and now can. Where she is, who knows so we can at least have fun with that.

I will always play her from any canon point that fits though, so if you want the Gamora that's got a marshmallow centre and secretly adores Quill, let's do it.
